The House Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill on page 1, line 5, after the word “authorized” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the following:

            “with the following amendments:

On page 1, by deleting subsection 1.5 and inserting a new subsection 1.5, to read as follows:

‘1.5 Sunset Date – This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon the expiration of 5 years from its effective date.’”
